Green Tea

Green tea is celebrated for its numerous health advantages, including enhanced cognitive function, weight loss, and reduced cancer risk. It represents the earliest form of unfermented tea crafted by humans. The tea's color in both its liquid form and its leaves is a vibrant green. The production of green tea involves three essential steps: rolling, fixation, and drying, with fixation crucial in determining its distinctive green hue. Similar to other unfermented teas, green tea preserves many of the natural components found in tea leaves.
